Dear friend,


Thank you deeply for your interest and support. I hope for understanding that this is the artist's shop, so the waiting time could be longer than in the retail ones.  While I do my best to complete your order ASAP, it still can take up to 3 weeks before shipping. 


SHIPPING & TERMS.

Orders are shipped from Russia worldwide. Each one is carefully packaged to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. Shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery.

Shipping terms varies according to your location and other conditions like customs delays etc. It usually takes 2-4 weeks or faster to arrive in most parts of the world. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and items will sometimes get tied up in customs.

Express shipping method is also available if you'd prefer that.

TRACKING.

After your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link which you can use to track your package on pochta.ru (Russian Post). The linked page will contain up-to-date information until the package leaves Russia, at which point it will be paused until the package has been either delivered or returned. Sometimes it is possible to glean more information on an international package’s whereabouts by tracking it via the foreign delivery agent. TIME-LIMITED EMBELLISHED RELEASES.

Time-limited releases will be pre-announced via my social media. The size of edition bases on the number of prints sold during the sale. The pieces participated in time-limited releases will never be available as hand-embellished prints. The edition size will be determined after the sale and then put into production, so please allow an extra time for delivery.


EARLY PREVIEW AND PREORDERS.

Follow me on Instagram/FB or become a patron on Patreon for early previews of all available originals, exclusive and time-limited prints releases and discounts.


RETURNS.

Please contact ASAP about lost or damaged items! If possible, include pictures. Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. I’ll be in touch with next steps. 

So far no one of the parcels I shipped was lost, so don't worry if you've missed the delivery or it was stuck in the customs - I will contact you as soon as I get it back.


CUSTOMER PRIVACY.

Information you provide to The Store through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues. Subscribers to mailing list will only receive Tanya Shatseva Art related announcements, and may unsubscribe at any time.
I will NEVER sell or otherwise give out information to a third party.
